Dr. Stef is a Psychologist specializing in Transpersonal Psychology which honors the soul’s evolution through both suffering and awakening. With a lifelong intuitive gift and a deep understanding of the human psyche, Dr. Stef supports individuals in reconnecting with their inner truth and living from a place of sovereignty, love, and inner freedom.
Her therapeutic work is especially attuned to those recovering from narcissistic abuse—a form of soul injury that often leaves survivors questioning their reality, intuition, and worth. Through a spiritually grounded, trauma-informed approach, she helps clients unravel internalized distortions, restore self-trust, and reclaim their authentic essence.
